Adult Coaching at DFTC

Adult coaching sessions are extremely popular. With people leading busy lives it’s great to take time out for you, where you can come and enjoy yourself, while improving your game. If you are unsure which course to book or if a course is showing as ‘full’ please get in touch using the ‘Contact Us’ page and we will be happy to help.

We offer free taster sessions on all of our groups, if you wish to arrange one please get in contact with us. 

If you wish to join a course mid way through the term please get in touch with us to see if there is space and to work out a reduced fee.

Beginner introductory courses

An introductory session aimed at people who have not played tennis before. Included in the price of this session is free racket hire for the session if required. Throughout the weeks you will be taught the basics in order for you to learn how to rally, serve and score.  Please don’t feel nervous about coming for the first time, you’ll be made to feel very welcome.
