Simply Tennis was founded in 2023 by coaches Andy Hutton, Josh Wraith, and Paul Brown, and provides high-quality tennis coaching across Bristol.
Our team of coaches offer group sessions, individual lessons, and exciting holiday camps. We’re dedicated to helping players of every age and ability enjoy and grow in the sport. To support players both on and off the court, we also offer a racket restringing and regripping service.
LTA Level 3 Coach
Josh
Bringing nine years of experience coaching all levels, Josh delivers both group and 1:1 sessions and is known to be replaced by Santa during the festive season
Fun Fact: "Whilst I was on holiday in spain I got mistaken for Tom Daley and was given free drinks!"
LTA CCA Level 4 Coach
Andy
A former county champion, Andy has served as Avon County Junior Coach and Captain, Avon Senior Captain, coached the SW Rover National Squad, and GB players at international events.
Fun Fact: "At Wimbledon walked into someone. I turned round to apologise and realised it was Nadal!"
LTA Level 3 Coach
Paul
With 20 years’ experience coaching all ages and abilities, he delivers both individual and group sessions across every level.
Fun Fact: "I used to teach international royalty and her 'friend' was always on the court next to her but I later found out it was her bodyguard!"

Chris
Chris brings 20 years of coaching experience, working with all ages and abilities in both group and individual sessions.
Fun Fact: “I used to teach Josh as a junior; he learnt from the best!”

Kirstie
Kirstie brings seven years of coaching expertise, delivering group and individual sessions for players of every age and ability.
Fun Fact: “I once flew over the tennis courts in a helicopter!”
LTA CCA Level 1 Coach
Rosa
With 25 years’ experience, Rosa began coaching after her daughters joined national development squads, going on to coordinate junior programmes and teach primary school tennis for South Glos Sports Development team.
Fun Fact: " I was going to retire when the pandemic hit, but my love of coaching brought me back!"

Harry
Harry brings 15 years of playing experience and over five years of coaching, working with players of all ages in both group and individual lessons.

Sam
Sam brings 10 years of playing experience and two years of coaching, helping deliver sessions for all ages and abilities.

Elisa has four years of coaching experience and three years working in marketing and social media management. She leads Simply Tennis marketing and social content.
